Niagara’s finest chefs prepare and serve their favourite soup in one-of-a-kind bowls created by local potters. Included as the perfect complement are Niagara wines, specialty beverages, and delicious sweets. 500 guests were in attendance for the 10th Anniversary Celebration of Empty Bowls in 2015. A People’s Choice and Platinum Ladle for Best Soup is awarded to one of Niagara’s many talented chefs at the end of the evening. Piano Performances by Frank Krahn and raffles with exciting prizes! Early Bird tickets until January 29, 2016 are $75 ($85 afterwards). Doors open at 6:00pm
VIP tickets are $100 and include a VIP reception beginning at 5pm, interaction with Chef Jason Parsons of Peller Estates Winery and guaranteed seating.
